Promoter
The Promoter is MyPayNow Pty Ltd (ACN 635 410 909) of [registered address] (“MyPayNow”, “we”, “us”).
Promotion period
The promotion opens at [time] on [launch date] and closes at 11:59pm AEST 28th November 2026 (“Promotion Period”). Entries received outside the Promotion Period are invalid. Legal to confirm AEST vs AEDT.
Eligibility
Entry is open to individuals who, during the Promotion Period:
- are Australian residents aged 18 years or over;
- are new MyPayNow customers, meaning they did not hold a MyPayNow account at any time before the Promotion Period;
- sign up through win.mypaynow.com.au and successfully complete MyPayNow’s account verification within the Promotion Period.
Directors, employees and contractors of the Promoter, its related bodies corporate, agencies associated with this promotion, and their immediate families are ineligible.
How to enter
Entry is automatic. Eligible customers who sign up through the giveaway page and complete verification are entered once. No code needs to be entered; the promotion is identified by the sign-up link. Limit one (1) entry per person. Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent or made using automated means are invalid. Signing up for MyPayNow does not require any purchase or fee. Legal to confirm entry mechanics.
Prize
There is one (1) prize: a 2026 Yamaha TT-R110E off-road motorcycle with a recommended retail price of $[RRP] including GST. Total prize pool $[RRP]. The prize [includes / excludes] delivery to the winner’s nominated Australian address. The TT-R110E is not road-registrable; registration, insurance, protective equipment and all other costs are the winner’s responsibility. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. If the prize is unavailable, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
Draw

Winner notification and publication
The winner will be notified by email and phone within two (2) business days of the draw, and their name and state will be published on [channel] by [date]. Privacy
The Promoter collects personal information to conduct the promotion, verify eligibility, award the prize and meet its legal obligations. Personal information is handled in accordance with the MyPayNow Privacy Policy. The giveaway page itself sets no cookies and runs no third-party tracking.
General
- By entering, entrants accept these Terms and Conditions and the MyPayNow account terms.
- The Promoter’s decision on all matters relating to the promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from the promotion or the use of the prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded (including under the Australian Consumer Law).
- The Promoter may, subject to regulatory approval, vary or cancel the promotion if it cannot be conducted as planned for reasons beyond its reasonable control.
- Yamaha Motor Australia and the Boost Mobile AUSX Championship are not sponsors of, and are not responsible for, this promotion. Legal to confirm.
